The leaders of our future’ll be comfortable moving with uncertainty and capable of leading others through it too. They'll be able to stay present and tune into what's actually happening, rather than assuming or wishing it were something else. They'll trust their instincts while holding their conclusions loosely, and know how to bring out the brilliance in the people around them.
I help emerging and executive leaders, teams and organizations, and parents of neurodivergent kids build that capacity - to offer access to a sense of shared meaning and create the conditions for us to accomplish things together no one of us could alone.
My approach has been shaped by an unusual combination of experiences: executive leadership, law, coaching, systems thinking - and raising a neurodivergent kid. Together, they gave me a deep understanding of how differently two humans can experience the same reality, how much becomes possible when we get curious, rather than afraid, about others’ perspectives that we disagree with or don’t yet understand, and how much becomes available when we are able to “see” the systems we are living in.
These insights sit at the heart of my work.
Belonging is strategic infrastructure - not simply a culture initiative or an accommodation. When people can bring what they actually see, think, question and imagine to the table, suddenly there are a lot more ideas floating around, more conversation, more fluid collaboration. Leadership is the capacity to create the conditions for that difference to emerge - and then channel it toward a shared vision.
Through coaching, facilitation, speaking and active learning experiences, I help leaders and teams practise this different way of leading: more present in uncertainty, more able to see beyond their own perspective, and more capable of turning human difference into collective possibility.
The result? Legendary leadership.
